  • Wee Sparrow Haiku Nook

Grateful to Claire Thom & Katherine for my debut in Wee Sparrow Haiku Nook with this selected haiku:

    farmers´ market –
    colors of autumn
    deepen dusk

It was heartening to read their feedback—
“´Farmers´ market´ is a great seasonal reference for November and made us think of the root vegetables and fruit we have at this time of year, pumpkins, turnips, mandarins and berries, and their colours are so autumnal. The last line with the use of ´deepen dusk´ feels like a burst of these colours and creates such a vivid image. A great haiku indeed!”
