Grateful to the Guest Editors Dr Randy Brooks, Myron Lysenko & Emmanuel and the Editorial team at Mamba Journal of the Africa Haiku Network for the publication of my #haiku & #haiga in the beautiful Sunset Edition, Issue 16, September 2024. The issue is dedicated to the memory of Adjei Agyei-Baah, Founding Editor.
My collaborative haiga is with Ramesh Anand, haiku poet. Congratulations to him.
Delighted to be in The #HaikuFoundation’s #HaikuDialogue today on the overarching theme of #Surrealism and the painting “Landscape”. It was a challenge to pen such a haiku!
Grateful to Lafcadio, Guest Editor, kj & Lori for the selection.
Honored to be in the beautiful Drifting Sands Haibun Journal Issue 29, September 2024, with my #haibun, “fleeting world” among the gallery of poems by talented poets.

The three-legged stray dog, I call Soldier, waits patiently outside the gate this winter morning. I grab a handful of biscuits from the almost-full jar I keep in the garden shed and come out to feed him. Since the passing of our beloved labrador Rumi, all her treats have been for the strays of the neighborhood.
I wonder why I fed my pet merely three biscuits, one-by-one, as a reward for fetching her far-flung ball.

Happy to share my 2 #haiku/#senryu and a #tanka published in #VSANA—Viewing Stone Association of North America today. These were composed on “An Abstract Painting by Picasso?” stone display for September 2024. This is a Namhangang River Korean stone.
It is amazing to see how these stones inspire our imagination and trigger such diverse poems.
Grateful to dear Tom Elias, Editor, VSANA and Congratulations to all fellow poets featured. www.vsana.org vsana.viewing_stone
