Grateful to dear Charlotte Digregorio for featuring my #senryu in her beautiful blog today. The senryu won #HonorableMention in the H. Gene Murtha Memorial Senryu Contest 2024 organized by failed haiku, Editor Bryan Rickert. Thanks to the judges John Pappas & Marilyn Ashbaugh for giving it life.
This senryu is very close to my heart as it is dedicated to Rumi my beloved pet.
