  • The Wise Owl Repertoire 2022

    Thanks dear Rachna Singh, Principal Editor, Thewiseowl Emag for the beautifully curated “The Repertoire” a Poetry Yearbook 2022.

    A collectors’ item, the anthology has the best selections from poems featured in the magazine during the year. Poetic musings about the ephemeral nature of beauty and life, stultifying relationships, deja vu moments, wonder and charm of day-to-day moments, all find place in this fabulous repertoire.

    Congratulations dear Rachna on completing the first year of the magazine and congratulations to all 65 featured poets. Honored to be one of them.

  • The Wise Owl Haiku Renditions

    The Wise Owl Haiku Renditions was hosted by me on 20th January 2023.

    The Wise Owl, is a literary & art e-magazine. where I am the Guest Editor.

    It had an impressive line-up of Haiku poets from across the globe. Alan Summers, Roberta Beary, Reid Hepworth, Kala Ramesh, Julie B Kelsey, Vandana Parashar, Ravi Kiran, Teji Sethi and Lorraine Padden were a part of the event. Each of us read our 5 haiku/ senryu and we enjoyed the range and diversity of the verses. Sharing the love of haiku without any barriers and borders.

    Cattails October 2022 issue is out! Thrilled to have a haiku, senryu & a haiga in the beautiful journal. The joy of reading the ku in Hindi is immeasurable. Will share the haiga separately.

  • failed haiku

    The first of the month brings good tidings and failed haiku a Journal of English Senryu, Volume 7, Issue 81 is out.
    Brilliantly edited by Bryan Rickert and guided by Haiku Mike another bumper “back from the dead’ issue. The results are out and the ‘un-dead’ senryu are now published poems.

    Delighted to have these 2 senryu alive and kicking. Grateful to dear Bryan for the acceptance and publication.
