Poetry Pea Journal 2.22, October 2022 is out.
Grateful to Patricia McGuire for featuring my haiku & senryu—3 of them featured in the earlier podcasts. My small haibun is also published.

Outside my bedroom window, stands the royal poinciana tree. Its flaming orange blossoms have always inspired me to set up my easel. With the changing season, it stands bare, a single leaf clings to the branch, heedless of the wind and rain, fluttering, but still holding on.
I marvel at its tenacity. It reminds me of you. How you fought and held on desperately till the very end.
